        Having around six $35 fees in one statement turns me off. Will be closing and opening an ALLY BANK account online with no overdraft fees. And rated around 4. 5.Being 72 doesn't mean I'm senile YET!

        Worst bank ever.  I closed my account with the pay off car loan amount they gave me over the phone, but they kept on billing me.  I called them many times and stayed on hold many times and decided just to pay the small amount they wanted.  It wasn't worth my time and effort.  Then, I get another bill!  This time, I called and stayed on the phone until it was settled (for two hours for $5.00!?).  They finally fixed it.  I then wait to receive the car title FOR OVER A YEAR.  I finally, call about that, and it never went out to me - computer glitch, they say.  OMG.
