        I went for a sandwich for breakfast, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese, I had the idea that it would be a homemade, fresh and delicious sandwich made on the spot, but it turns out that it was a preheated sandwich in the oven, what a disappointment!!! (Mc Donald's are more appetizing) they should work on that -

        I come here sometimes as I live in the neighborhood. Really good tres leches latte, and wonderful assortment of snacks, sweets, and sandwiches.

        I went several times. The coffee didnt taste good but the last time the owner was very disrespectful and service saying things in Spanish even though I didnt know Spanish but her facial expression was enough to translate the meaning. I decided never to go there again when she doesnt know to respect client.

      I am disappointed that you did not have pleasant experience. Many of our customers love our coffee whether it be the Colombian mild roast or Italian Dark Roast. We do understand that other coffee shops offer different beans and roasts and prefer those to ours. I myself am a BIG fan of our own Italian Dark Roast and prefer it to others. Regarding the language barrier, I can assure you that our staff and management is careful not to be disrespectful to our customers and that your perceived slight may be a just a misunderstanding. For the record, the owner of Pan Y Cafe, LLC identifies as he/him.
