        The entire staff is amazing, and the building is maintained impeccably. I had such a great experience throughout the entire leasing and move in process. The office staff is prompt, considerate and thorough in responding to any needs Ive had. Not only are the amenities top notch, but the location is so perfect for anyone commuting into the city. I highly recommend One North to anyone on an apartment hunt!

        The property management and maintenance are awesome! The common areas are always kept up and nothing goes unnoticed here. Maintenance is SO responsive and the property manager Ally really goes above and beyond for tenants. They are all so helpful and really make this place amazing!

        Great amenities, amazing staff, maintenance is quick and usually fixes everything within a few hours of request. The activities hosted by the property for community engagement are great. I really loved staying here. The location and architecture of the building is fantastic.

        I experience the most inconvenient refunding process after moving out. Its been almost 2 months and I still did not get a check. The management team is helpless. Every time I call for an update, they would say someone who can help me will get back to me. In fact, no one ever contacted me back. I have to call them so many times and tell them the same story. If i can give 0 star, i would do so. Just go live somewhere else which has a better management. Imagine you haveve been waiting for refund for almost 4 months and every time you call and expect to talk to someone who can help you, you never get your answer. That how annoying and inconvenient it is. They shouldve improved their management than shifting the burden and inconvenience to their customers
