        Strung along for a month with no communication of any kind after my initial appointment, had two phone appointments where I was completely blown off and no one called. Finally helped when I went to the location since it was 3 days before tax day and they tried charging me $400 compared to $40 the year prior. Awful experience.

        When doing my 2023 taxes they admitted that they made blatant and very obvious mistakes on my 2022 tax returns that they were glad they found or else it wouldve costed a lot in fees and interest, however I am still on the hook for the cost of the mistake, fees, and interest, when it was their mistake. When asked if they were going to cover the cost of the mistake they asked if I had bought their peace of mind upgraded service.. beware. If you want peace of mind and things done right do not come here they can actually get you in trouble with the IRS from their mistakes.
