        Wandered in to get a burrito a couple nights ago. First of all, they didn't have any cooked up vegies - so I had to choose a meat. So they built me a burrito. But then, when it came time to pay, they could not make my card go through. I stood there waiting at the register for close to ten minutes while different staff members tried and failed to get a credit card to process. With nice gaps where I stood alone at the register mixed in. Then? After making me wait through all that - they asked me for cash. Now, to be clear - I had cash. But there was no way they were getting any from me after that fiasco. Put simply? You can not treat people like that and expect their trade. And for the record, my card worked across the street at BK five minutes later.

        Pretty solid Southwest grub in very large portions. This location could benefit from some serious, regular cleaning.

        If I could give a Negative 5 star I would! These people are Rude, self serving, and are not helpful at all. The store says they close on the sign at 9 pm. We confirmed with them that they close at 9 pm. When we sat down to eat at 8:35 PM, they told us we had to leave. We asked why? We walked in at 8:30 to order the food and confirmed closing time was at 9. When we sat at the table, they said we had to leave because they had to start cleaning the dining room room before 9 pmSo they kicked us out! We had nowhere to go to eat our food that we just spent $56 on! We asked the manager, and he said we had to go! So we ended up eating in the car! All 4 of us! In the middle of January!! They suck!! When we finished our meal in the car, we drove by at 9:05 and they were still cleaning the dining room so we easily couldve eaten there at 8:35 and been out by 8:45 PM. The bathroom and soda fountain were disgusting! Maybe that what they had to spend all their time cleaning! Also the food prep area was also unkept and Dirty! No diversity either! It was all just Indians (or the non American kind) who barley spoke English! And they were dirty, filthy, short and rude. No diversity at this Moes at all!! THEY SUCK!

        The salsa containers are often empty. The lettuce had brown spots. Serving sizes for rice bowls have decreased significantly since the new owners took over.
