Marybeth texted me back with sore words after I told the assistant I do not want to continue with their service. Not a word about being apologetic of missing the appointment. Its such unprofessional experience.

      I am very sorry Jane. My husband was rushed to hospital and I asked my tax manager to take the FREE consultation call. He did not hang up on you. Just so everyone reading this understands, you are a Chinese national with a very complicated tax return. This is one of those situations where the quote "no good deed goes unpunished". You want a free consult and then write a bad review. I would understand a bad review if you had paid for our time and were not happy with the results. But to write a bad one because I could take your FREE consult....
