        We had an appointment and got there 5 minutes before the appointment. We were told that they were working on a perm and could not honor our appointment. I explained that we had an appointment and was told that it did not matter that they use their appointment book at the location and the online system does not know what is really available. Fix this people!! Went across the street to Supercuts and they took care of us.

        love my hairdresser Yvonne but the manager is so disrespectful of her talking down to her.Manager is rude with a puss in her face. If it wasnt fir Yvonne being there I would not go there
