A-1 Auto Collision

Cannot speak highly enough of the team at A1. They responded quickly to my needs, handled all of the insurance issues, explained a complicated situation clearly, and were friendly & helpful throughout. Another place quoted me 3 weeks to finish the repair, and A1 completed everything within one week (and the repair was perfect). They were also willing to stay late or come in on a Saturday to meet me to pick up my car. I would absolutely use them for any repairs in the future.

The job was replacing a damaged front bumper with a new one. The paint color matched the the cars current (faded) color. We brought the car home and drove it that evening. The cars headlights did not work. They were working before the car was brought in. A-1 Collision name was purchased from another owner. The original owner was a family owned business and had been around for over 40 years. This is not that company. Same name but not 40 years of experience. I was not happy with this version of the company. Not the same caliber quality.

Under new ownership of Yaw and his family, A1 Auto Collision is no longer a reputable bodyshop. I took my car after a front end collision with no frame damage or structural damage and everything was misaligned afterwards. The paint job was peeling within a day and had contaminents underneath they said they would fix. The front right headlight that was replaced had a light that wasn't staying on when it should as well as a side marker light. When told about these issues the owners said they would fix it if given extra compensation in which wasn't needed since we paid and picked up the car. Owners cousin proceeded to argue with me on these dissatisfactions instead of trying to make things right. Even before picking up the car we were constantly given a deadline each week to pick it up, in which it wasn't ready and it was extended multiple times. Do not take your car here if you value your vehicle and want it to be fixed properly.

I would highly recommend A-1 Auto Collision based on my recent experience. They were the most competitive price after getting quotes from 4 other companies. I had my bumper replaced and a dent taken out of the rear quarter panel. They did a great job. It looks great! I dropped it off on Monday and was able to pick it up on Friday.
