Willie Jewell's BBQ in Nashua is better. I go there now. Better service too.

Second time Ive tried to go here in the past few months and theyre out of chicken. I understand theres supply chain shortages right now, but a place that primarily sells chicken being out is insane to me. Dont waste your time.

I don't usually like to write review but I cannot let this deceiving verbiage Heat & Serve slide. Folks , IT IS NOT HEAT & SERVE. You have to cook just like you go to the supermarket and buy the meat home to cook which is alot cheaper. I was surprised when they hand me my frozen raw prime rib and turkey breast. When I told the employees that I thought just heat and serve and she said I'm sorry you have to cook it for 2 hours. Then it is deceiving to say heat and serve. Both employees agreed with me. I can't blame them because they are not the decision maker. If you buy the meat yourself you can defrost it the nigh before. Here its still frozen and my pick up time was 2pm but I didn't get my order until 2.45pm.So for me this is the last time for Boston Market. If I can give zero I would. I feel cheated.

The food is always good. Portion size is very dependent on the server and what they have available. My latest experience had me wait 20 minutes in line to order. Maybe 7 people in front of me. I get to order. The server gets my sides ready and then says they are waiting for chicken to cook and takes my money. I should have asked how long but it looked It was 15 minutes. Someone was picking up an order with 4 whole chickens. I had to wait for those to be packed up before I could get my 1 chicken. When I got mine I saw the order with the 4 chickens still sitting on the counter yet to be bagged. There was a lot of wasted effort. The sides were not out - maybe the steam table was broken. The manager seemed fine with the lack of process - just happy to be getting paid. But the food is good. It should never take 45 minutes to get a simple order. Maybe this is the reason so many Boost Market stores have closed.

I needed to order a small number of plates for Thanksgiving for a business, too little for catering. I called several weeks ahead and was told I could order delivery the day before Thanksgiving. I made plans accordingly. Come the day before Thanksgiving, it is literally impossible to order delivery, I call this location and apparently, they're not even open until 2? Maybe? Maybe for pickup? I ended up having to waste hours going to the Lunenburg location and pay using my card rather than using the company card. Who knows if I'll be able to get the money back. DO NOT TRUST BOSTON MARKET.
