        We were told we were getting a refund. There was an estimated quarterly tax notice as part of our return and I was unsure about it so I called them back and asked. I was told to ignore it. 6 weeks later we received an over due bill from the IRS, including interest and a late fee. When I called Joe he said it was a miscommunication. I told him that it was his mistake and I wanted our fee for his services back, AND an explanation about getting a bill instead of a refund. He essentially avoided me, playing phone tag. I recommend that you go elsewhere. The least he could have done was admit his mistake but he didnt even do that. Terrible way to conduct business.
