        I am a client of Doctor Renee, diagnosed with VR , I find I needed immediate attention. I had eye surgery laser yesterday and if I had waited for my next appointment, I be blind in one eye by now. The focus shouldn't be on selling eye glasses but patient care going outside the box, thank God

        7 months for an appointment. After explaining Im moving and just need my prescription as my glasses are broken and being held up by glue and paper..nope still need to wait the 7 months for an eye exam. What happens if someone needs a new script to visually see they have to wait 7 months?? And whats crazy is that two years ago when I lapsed on my appointment they gave me my script without issue but now I cant?. 10yrs of my family using them gone down the drain. Place is a joke stay away.

        We have been getting our eye ware for years here Charlton Optical. A few years ago we moved to Texas to be closer to our sons. The eye care in experience Texas is no match to the personal attention we receive here. We made a special trip from Texas to have our prescriptions fulfilled by our favorite specialist. Well worth the trip for us. Five Stars!
