I have ordered from homestation to all over the world, thank you for taking care of my mom since I left in 2003. She just called to say the flowers arrived before the snow storm and they had 3 big sunflowers, her favorite.

Okay so this is a small business basically run out of somebody's house. There's nothing wrong with it the flowers are quality the people are friendly and easy to work with It's just a location. It's abysmal. They live in the middle of nowhere in the woods on a dead-end street and they have no parking. As soon as you get to the area you're going to lose your signal more than likely. I pick up doordash is here but it's difficult due to the lack of signal. Sometimes the flowers are well packaged and other times I'm not sure what they were thinking. You can't give a delivery driver a bucket filled with water to the brim when we have to transport it in our car when you live in such a rural back road area it's just really bad don't do that please I understand wanting to give your customers nice moist and wet plants but you can't do so at the expense of your delivery drivers which for a business like you is going to be your absolute lifeblood.
