        Just another group of greedies looking to profit off of Boston area artists until something more lucrative comes along. Not only are they kicking out all rehearsal tenants, but charged us late fees on rent made on time, and have given no timeline on return of security deposit. Disorganized and deceptive business practices.

      Hello Edson, Thank you for the Four Star review. I am very happy to say that very soon we won't be so hard to find. The next phase of our major reconstruction project is about to begin. That is the complete rebuilding of the ugly brown building you photographed.
