Great practice. Got me in on quick notice as a new client. Hygienist was thorough, gentle, and a nice person to talk to. Felt very cared for / part of the family. Would recommend to anyone in Charlestown (or elsewhere in Boston).

I never knew it was possible to look forward to a dentist appointment until I became a patient at this office. Moved from Charlestown in 2018 and still a patient-and will continue to be forever. Gentle touch during the cleanings, a professional, delightful staff, and top notch dental expertise/care. Been recommending to all friends and family for years.

Dr. Yen and all the staff at Charlestown Dental are caring, professional, and thorough. I had a dental emergency where they scheduled me in immediately and fixed my problem tooth. I highly recommend Charlestown Dental!

As Dr.Yen taking over this office, some insurance wont cover this place anymore. Please make sure you check with your insurance before you go. I personally think all the medical staff there are great and professional. But their billing department is a total disaster. Double charged me earlier this year and no communication about insurance coverage change until the bill arrive later this year. Theyre arrogant and hard to work with. They blame it on untrained staff and previous Dr. Goldmans employees fault but that dose not excuse their terrible billing clarity.
