If you're looking for a no-holds-barred place to ramp up your manly instincts to trim a hedge or to completely transform the entire 5 acre plot you own, this is the place to go! Knowledgeable friendly staff ready to show you how. My only recommendation? Leave the checkbook at home and bring your solidly objective partner! You might get carried away.

Went in for an equipment issue and had started an online claim with CubCadet. Was directed to Norfolk Power Equipment as an authorized service location. They chose to not contact Cubcadet to confirm the claim, the parts or the warranties. Did everything they could to sell me additional services though... After picking up the equipment they've come back to me saying I am liable for $600+ in repairs when they never worked through the proper claims process to begin with. Service desk continuously blamed it on me and made it my fault. After repeated requests to have management contact me there was no effort. I'd never recommend Norfolk Power Equipment to anyone. If they can't follow a basic claims process, how could you trust them to do the actual repair correctly.
