Matt A. was very professional and thorough while further analyzing the issue of lost coolant which caused a failure/ shutdown of my minisplits, and what was needed to fix it. He confirmed that there is a leak but that it will require a deeper look at how much of the pipe/hose carrying the coolant, and where it needs replacement, not just adding coolant. He explained the problems very well. He gave me a rough estimate and I talked with Holly who set up an appointment to do that work at a time convenient for me. Thanks, Matt.
