Quite possibly the worst, least professional mental health organization I have ever come across. I did not even get through the consultation phase. I had booked my consultation only for them not to call me and send an email 15 minutes into our scheduled call saying they did not call me because I had requested appointment times outside their operating hours. I then got a call from a very hostile scheduler scolding me for being frustrated despite the fact that he "was trying to be nice." If the care these people provide is even twice as good as the ineptness on display during my interactions with them, I would suggest you run in the opposite direction.

They literally just charged me a random copay (nearly 2x higher than previously) purportedly for an appointment 10 months ago. I saw the charge on my credit card statement, which was shocking because I have it in writing from their coordinator that they deleted my credit card information from their system (from when they previously overcharged me). I asked for an accounting of appointments and charged and they will not provide one. I just disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Got charged for a missed appointment when I wasnt able to login. I have screenshots showing I tried to log in and have an email confirming I wouldnt be charged for the appointment yet I still got charged. AVOID THESE MONEY HUNGRY CON ARTISTS!!!
