i called to ask for help on getting my package and the person HUNG up on me and was of NO HELP, TERRIBLE customer service

Back in 2002 I had a job where I travelled a lot at the last minute and I would get my pay through the mail. On days when my flight was early and I knew I would not be here to get my mail id call the distribution center and they would allow me to pick up my mail early. With proper identification of course. Fast forward to 2018 and I need my mail early but wasn't sure if they still would be able to help me with an issue so early in the morning and so last minute. To my surprise all these years later and still great customer service. Although I do not recommend bothering these hard workers for every little piece of mail, I will say that if all other avenues are exhausted give them a call and no doubt u will get a great response.
