Hong Kong Restaurant (Harvard Square)

Even as a Canadian I've been going to this place for years whenever I'm in town. The food is delicious, best General Tsao chicken in town IMHO. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating as well . If you're looking for good Chinese food and your around the area, I'd highly recommend that you check this place out.

The upstairs bar people are incredibly rude and almost kicked me out just for slouching in a chair. Horrible staff people. Need to be much nicer if its going to be worth it to go out and get hearing loss listening to bad songs.

I am so pained to say that I was disappointed by the quality of food at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, however that is where my immense satisfaction ended. I tried the Kung Pao chicken for the first time and I was taken aback about how bland the taste was. It was certainly spicy, but other than that it had no flavor. The same was true for the rice even after trying to add soy sauce. I ate here tonight because I was craving chinese food, however, I am pained to say that this restaurant did not scratch that itch. The sesame chicken is usually good though!
