Now i have been in therapy for as long as i can remember. I have seen every therapist there is, and here at the whole living center is one of the best places i have ever been. Now lets be clear the woman who wrote that nobody got back to her and they were unorganized that has nothing to do with the whole living center but maybe one therapist. They got rid of the calendar so youll never be able to make your own appointment again as it was too confusing for people clearly. I have been here for 3 years and loved every minute! The owner is an amazing human she is an actual person who really just wants to help people. I have seen sadie for the past three years and switched from her when she moved out of state. I now see lisa who's just as great, i recommend this place to ANYONE seeking therapy. This place is the most kind, warm, understanding place i have ever been. This placed saved my life and i am forever grateful for the whole living center

I really wanted to like this place, but I haven't been able to utilize it due to their organizational systems unfortunately. The first time I tried to make an appointment as a new client a week in advance, I was contacted the day of my appointment by the therapist. He let me know that he didn't feel he had the experience needed to help me. I decided to request another appointment for the following week, with a different therapist. Despite multiple appointment times showing in his online calendar, he messaged me to let me know that he is not currently accepting new clients. It's understandable that the times I saw online were probably reserved for his current clients. However, as a new client, I had no way of knowing this, and it's too bad that the online system had no way of informing me that this therapist is not currently accepting new clients, before I went to the effort of filling out several lengthy intake forms. The online system even allowed me to request these calendar times, despite the fact that I selected "new client" as an option. I wouldn't recommend this place - the difficulties in reaching a therapist who can either work with you, as well as the difficulties in their online booking system which is inaccurately representing therapists as available for new clients [when in fact they are not], is very frustrating, especially for those who are seeking these very services.
