I have been working with Galante insurance for 8+ years and I highly recommend them! They are always very responsive and answer all my questions. Do yourself a favor and pick up the phone and give them a call. They will make you feel like their most important customer and work with you to meet your needs.

While I was only in the office briefly to get a document notarized, I was shocked by the sullen & dismissive behavior I was treated with. When I arrived there were two people inside who, despite it being likely that I was the only person to walk in off the street on a gross rainy day, seemed put out by the fact I was even there. Neither had a mask on, and only one of them would put a mask on or even acknowledge I'd made the request. City of Cambridge's current mask orders are: "requires that employees of places of business may remove masks or cloth face coverings only when working alone in an individual office with a door closed or when working alone in an office suite with no other individuals present. Masks must be worn at all other times in places of business." While they appeared to be put out by the horrible experience of interacting with me, a terrifying 5'6" person wearing a fuzzy hat with blue fox ears, while I requested a basic service they offered-- I on the other hand was surprised by insurance agents who would so dismissively treat city ordinances, especially around public safety. The disdain towards me when I requested they put a mask on was very evident. 1 of the employees flat out refused to put on a mask or even acknowledge my request. I would never suggest their services for anything.

Ive been using Galante insurance for a few yrs now and they are quick to answer any insurance questions. Their premiums are definitely fair compared to other companies. Steve and his staff are easy to deal with.

Extremely responsive, super helpful, could not have had a more seamless transition from my last Insurance Agency over to Ralph J Galante Insurance Agency. I would highly recommend giving them a call for a quote to potentially lower your current Insurance Premiums. 10/10 service all around.
