NEVER EVER AGAIN!! WORST HOSPITAL. I COULD HAVE DIED FROM THAT IDIOT ER DOCTOR THAT GAVE ME THE WRONG ANTIBIOTIC AND DID NOT CALL ME TO TELL ME. I GOT SICKER AND HAD TO GO LAHEY. THANK GOD FOR LAHEY HOSPITAL IN BURLINGTON.

Absolutely terrible experience with Seth Crockford, he would very rudely interrupt when spoken and wasnt very helpful. Disappointing experience especially for a hospital

Terrible place. They discharged my mother with various open wounds and necrotic tissue twice despite her saying she felt unsafe. Got her a visiting nurse and even the nurse was confused on how the hell she was discharged. Completely unprofessional and now my mother is even sicker.

If Dr Seth Crockford enters your room, send him away, he is unhelpful and arrogant. He literally wouldnt listen and cut me off, repeating the same phrases over and over again. Another doctor took the time to communicate with us. He should honestly be fired.

Ive been going to Mount Auburn for 22 years now and have never, ever really had any problems anything besides minor issues. Its absolutely killing me figuratively to even have to write and give this review. However, I got a bill on MyChart yesterday morning for $159.00 for a TeleHealth Visit with my Primary Care Physician that occurred during COVID in June 2021 when we were still under Covid guidelines for such things and (Former) Governor Baker ordered all TeleHealth Visits to be COVERED by Insurance. When the Feds finally lifted the restrictions fully lat May, they ordered all Telemedicine appointments to be covered by insurers. Massachusetts has ordered all Telemedicine visits covered by insurance. With that all said and done, I immediately filed a complaint with the Healthcare Division of the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office, because they handle such cases. I would recommend that anyone reading this do the same if and when they get a bill from Mount Auburn Hospital and hold them accountable for their actions and substandard billing practices. I go to do e-check in for an appointment I have on Wednesday afternoon just now, I get a prompt to pay the bill or set up a payment plan for it. Um, NO! Im trying to do e-check in for an upcoming appointment and youre already down my throat for a bill that I shouldnt have to pay because its covered by insurance. I really dont want to have to consider having to change over to MassGeneral or the Brigham because of such stupidity, because Ive been setup and comfortable with all my doctors at Mount Auburn. However, I will very seriously consider changing just because of such instances if they keep up.
