If you can find the items in another store or online l, I suggest you do some research and avoid this place. We talked to a rep and sent all information then we were ghosted. Ended up buying 8 items from another DWR store in NYC but none of these were delivered as instructed. They have serious issue with internal communication with their vendors. Also most pieces are marked up compared to their original vendor. You can get better price and services somewhere else if you do some research online.

Just my experience, but if you're spending the amount of money that a DWR purchase entails, save yourself some headache and do it elsewhere. I ordered 4 in stock chairs online 2 months ago, and had to cancel the order after double digit interactions with customer service. I was constantly told the items would ship within days, or by the end of the week. Shipping soon was the response until 6+ weeks in when someone told me that actually my order had errors in their system and "management" had to look into it. Two weeks pass by. The final straw was reaching out once again & being informed that this time the issue was the weren't able to charge me the full amount...The missing amount accounted for the 30% sale on the items, which they had no record of anymore.

The item I ordered was delivered after a back order of several weeks longer than projected and was missing half of the parts. The delivery company blamed DWR and DWR blamed the delivery company. Rather than working quickly to resolve the issue I was caught in a cycle of finger pointing. Horrible service for an extremely pricey unit. I finally said forget it, take the item back I want a refund. DWR confirmed they would refund me only after the delivery company picks up the half delivered parts. The delivery company now is not being responsive with a pickup time. For these prices I would expect better service

I went in on tax-free weekend to purchase an office chair. Even though it was fairly busy, Andrew was super helpful and attentive! I ended up ordering a custom version of the chair and he was very easy to communicate with via email on the custom order, as well as thought ahead and had me pick a backup color in case my first choice fabric wasnt available. Cant wait to receive my new chair!
