Master The Time

We utilized services with Master The Time to help us vacate and move out of our office space after having been there for 10 years. They made it a completely seamless and organized process. This allowed me to easily step back and continue to focus on my tasks while they took care of it for me. Would highly recommend their services!

Pavlina is extraordinary. She has helped me with various tasks over the last 4 years: first, surrounding my move to Boston and, second, with another move within Boston. She is super efficient, well-connected and just plain gets things done. It was such a treat not to have to deal with the cable company for a change!!!

We used Pavlina and her team to help us move from overseas and she was incredibly helpful. She picked up the keys to our new apartment, made sure everything was clean and helped to organize deliveries for us before we arrived in the US. She and her team were there for furniture deliveries, put furniture together for us and helped set up our apartment before our arrival. Because of Pavlina and her team, we were able to arrive from abroad to an apartment with dishes, furniture, and freshly made beds to sleep in. Pavlina was very flexible, offering to do whatever we needed to prepare the apartment for us before our arrival. She communicated clearly and consistently and was available to answer all our questions. I would recommend Master the Time for anyone who needs help with small to big things - it was absolutely worth the money for the peace of mind we had knowing someone trustworthy was on the ground helping us when we couldn't be there.

We have used Pavlina for 2 moves now and both have been incredibly well done. She handles everything from coordinating with movers, overseeing internet hook ups, running the move day-of, unpacking afterwards, and clearing out the boxes/packing materials so it feels like a home. It is such a HUGE relief to know that it will be handled well while we are at work and that we will come home to a manageable and livable space from Day 1. We have the monthly membership with Master the Time and have been working with Pavlina and team for about 2 years now. We have a complicated life that would not even be possible without Master the Time! She handles groceries, laundry, delivering, shopping, returns, errands, repairs...you name it, and she has helped us with it! I would highly recommend her services!!
