        I needed their services for a specific project. I was told they would provide all of the items i asked for and handle the credentialing while communicating frequently. I had to reach out to them several times and eventually a supervisor contacted me to explain that though i was indeed credentialed, it wasn't due to their efforts. I asked for the additional information i had been promised and she informed me they do not perform those services. She then informed me that the company does not provide refunds and though i do not require their services for any further credentialing, i will have a credit with them for one year, which is of no use to me.

        Zero communication. They dont respond to phone calls or emails. They will take you money and do absolutely nothing for you. A complete scam.
