        Worst starbucks I have ever seen. Long wait and bartenders are rude. Talked with a manager wanted get refund cuz waiting time was more than 30mins, he told me wait in line Wish there was another starbucks in Harvard Square!

        Worst experience in a Starbucks ever. They wanted me to wait 20 minutes for an order of one hot chocolate. Thats ridiculous, while they just keep pushing through mobile orders instead of assisting someone that order in store. No more love for the common man
