The outside noise is a major issue, as are the toxic carpet chemicals. Rent is too high, and management should have chosen outdoor trash and hard tile flooring.

Pros: Location, nice garden-like place, campfire thing, and gym. Clean environment. Safe locker service (when it works. Suddenly reboots the system for like 20 minutes on certain evenings which you cannot find your package during that time). Walls are thick and I don't hear any particular noises unless it's a loud music or loud baby crying etc. -- but at least the walls don't shake like the older other houses I used to live in. Great insulation. For this direction of the units, tofu smell nor noise is not bothersome. Nice sunlight. I was not forced to do the "California Closet" thing mentioned by someone down there. But second thought, my unit have zero space for whatsoever. Probably it made no sense to force this unit for anything like that anyway. Cons: Noisy vent (which is stupidly INSIDE the bedroom for the smaller 1-bedroom houses --> all the X04 houses for each floor. Why aren't they in the living room area?). These X04 houses are right next to the trash disposal room, which can be noisy at times due to people throwing away trash or maintenance people cleaning the trash. Oh, some people don't know how to properly throw away trash down the shoot. They make a huge mess and I've been complaining many times for a while, but now it's been better...I guess they finally learned how to throw those away. Or, are they the ones constantly putting the trash bag or just mere trash into the recycle bins??? Unresponsive and often-ignoring manager Tyler Silvester. Always busy maintenance team coming in with unidentifiably dirty shoes which I have no idea is they stepped on dirty sewage water or not. Tiny washer and dryer which they claim it to be a "household standard size". Which house hold? That smaller world in Alice in wonderland? You can fit 4 adult pants and it's already 70% filled. You're not supposed to fill more than 60% when using these front loader-type washing machines. Elevator malfunctions at least once every other month. Delivery refuses to utilize LuxerOne locker service and had my packages lost several times. Oh yes, you need to pay extra for LuxerOne service (but honestly I think it's worth it considering the frequent theft going on now...). Quite expensive if you add the hidden extra parking space fee of $350 (or $275 for smaller cars). Need to pay for your own internet and the walls don't let the signal through even within your home. Not much storage space in the house. 24-hour vent was a good idea. I don't dislike it. But I still think there should have been a vent button because when a guest visits and they use the bathroom and tries to ventilate it, there is no way to do that. We need to wait for another however long minutes for the vent to automatically run. I checked the nearby apartments which either makes me do street parking, or the one in Third Street which has an EVEN LOUDER VENT than here, or that other taller apartment near Lechmere which had NO WIFI service available for months (which was super ridiculous), I think I'll be staying here for a little longer because it seems like I'm out of options around this area. Why can't people build better houses..? I'm afraid I may be charged with some unknown whatever charges when it's my turn to move out. I think I'll keep a full photographed evidence. I thoughtlessly read the open-envelope mail in my mailbox few months after I moved in, thinking it was some advertisement, and it turned out to be a proof photo and several things pointed out as damages by the previous tenant who was charged over $1000. Actually, close to $2000. But the photos had clear images of damages. Was it actually the previous tenants who did that? I mean, most likely. However, even when I clean the apartment super spotless with zero chipped paint but still, will the apartment later charge me for whatever that seems like not an issue at all? Probably so.

We have lived in this apartment between January 2022 till April 2023. We were given a brand new unit to live( Unit 221). Their ameities are state of the art. Also the in house utilites are top notch. All Service men were very friendly and prompt. Whenever we had any any issues with service and rasied a ticket, it used to get resolved within a day or two at the max. Last but not the least, the Building Manager- Tyler Sylvester is an amazing person. He alwasys has that ever lasting smile on his face and always greeted us whenever we met and has spoken to us very nicely and made sure all of our queries been answered. Even Lauren Huntoon is also avery nice lady who always treated us nicely. Even after we left the apartment, if we needed any help, be it signing off the landlord refrence to pick up assistance for a mis delievered package on the old address, he has always extended his support. The only reason we had to leave the apart was the increaing rent that we could not afford. So if, $3K to $4K for a one bedroom is not matter to someone, giving the location of the property, I would HIGHLY recommened Prism to them.
