    Great place to stay when at Cape Cod. Restaurant attached (Bridge View) is a good place to eat when staying there.

    Customer service was great and so was the hot tub. We stayed in a king size handicap accessible room. The bathroom is nice sized and the sink was handicap accessible but the shower really wasnt. One of the shower heads was broken, the tub was small, the water pressure was not great, and the bench was rough and difficult. The bed was not comfortable and gave us both back and hip pain.

    Arrived late last night, tired after two days of intense work in Boston without a reservation. It was minutes before their closing time and as I struggled with their reservation web site, I understood the attendant needed to go home. I headed back to my rental car in the deserted parking lot out front, sat down in my car to look for options on my phone. A minute later a big bang on the roof, I looked and there is the attendant, furious. I think is he upset because I am still in their lot? He opens the door, slams me in the head with a plastic water bottle, says get out of my (bleep) car. I look. There is my USB cable in the center console, say this is my rental. He repeats, I look again, realize it's not my car, just a similar silver sedan. Bang, he slams me again with a bottle in the head, grabs and rips my shirt, throws me out in my astonishment. Next it seems he may want to run me over, so I move behind a light post for cover and he drives off into the night. As I arrived, I had joked with him. "Is this a good Quality Inn or a bad Quality Inn", just my sense of humor. He assured me it was a Good Quality Inn. But now I am not so sure. But I do have an idea for a slogan for them: Quality Inn. Where we give you a quality beating so you can really enjoy a quality rest. The one star is for the beating. It sure was solid. Rooms: Never got to see one. Nearby activities: One could plan on a trip to a hospital. There should be one nearby. Safety: I suppose they might beat up any hoodlums, which could make it safer. Not sure they should beat up their customers for sn honest mistake, though. Learn that sometimes travelers can be tired. As a service to everyone's safety (I hope) this was reported to police and a report has been filed. Providing some training to staff that customers shouldn't be beat up as that is not normally considered hospitality might be an advisable recommendation for Quality Inn corporate. Walkability: Reasonably easy to find cover to avoid being run over by furious late night attendants. Food & drinks: They think water bottles are for bludgeoning. Noteworthy details: Dual bottle slams were into the right side of my face. I know, as I still feel it quite well now almost 24 hours later.

Police officers came and investigated this issue and also contacted the night guy.
