        Even in the midst of COVID, this is hands down the unfriendliest place on the planet. Oh, wait, only if you are a person of color. If you are white, you receive a cheery hello and polite conversation. I have witnessed it, as have others. I received absolutely nothing upon entry. I never do. Now I have had enough. Eileen Fisher Corporation has been hearing my complaints for years and they have done absolutely nothing. Your product is wonderful but I cant allow myself to continue to be subjected to this unfair treatment. I will never shop here again!!! More than two years later and I have adhered to my word. I love Eileen Fisher but they do nothing about the poor customer service. A great alternative I have found is Eskandar. Similar styles but a bit more pricey, so worth it though.
