Rob Veneziano, Loan Officer at Leader Bank: The Best on a scale of 0 to 10, Rob is a 12 I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob Veneziano, a highly skilled, experienced and knowledgeable loan officer. He went above and beyond in the service that he provided. From the moment I reached out to Rob, he exhibited a level of expertise and dedication that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to proactively explain the loan process, and answered all of my questions. His deep knowledge of the loan industry was evident in every interaction. I felt confident that I was in excellent hands throughout the loan process. One of the things that truly set Rob apart was his personalized service. He took the time to understand what I wanted versus what I did not. His attention to detail meant I was always kept informed and up-to-date on the progress of my loan application. Thanks to Rob's expertise and guidance, I was able to secure a competitive loan (low rate with short terms) in a very quick time frame. I saw the condo I wanted on Sun Aug 6, 2023, called Rob, on Monday Aug 7, 2023, had a loan shortly thereafter and was signing final closing documents on Thu Sep 14, 2023 (ALL in just over 30 days!!). His speediness ensured I was able to compete in making an offer which was accepted despite 2 competing cash offers for the same price. Rob has continued to graciously answer my questions six months after my loan was secured. Rob recently sent me information/ access to an app that tracks loan rates (to refinance at a lower rate when rates drop) or if I want to sell (app tracks value of my condo as it appreciates). I am incredibly grateful for Rob's support! I am certain I would NOT be in my condo were it not for Robs expertise and swiftness in the loan process. My sister was buying a house and asked me to help out. When it was time to find someone to help us with the loan, Rob Veneziano came highly recommended. He secured pre-approval quickly, offered competitively low rates, and the process was easy, timely, and efficient. My sister was nervous and Rob was with her the whole way. Rob has done all of my personal purchases mortgages and as a realtor he is always my recommendation! He is attentive and I know things will get done efficiently and on time! I have never had an extension, delay, etc with Rob as the Loan Officer. He gets the best rates and I cannot stress enough he gets things done on time! He explains every detail theres no stone left unturned. There isnt any better! Truly!

Rob is and has always been a pleasure to work with, most recently on my second home. Hes super knowledgeable, patient with questions, very thorough and walks you through every step of the process. 10/10 do recommend!
