Food is just slightly below average for a chain restaurant. Not terrible but would never go out if my way for it. Drinks are mediocre.
Service is always fine
Atmosphere is colorful and fun

Today is the second time in a row that I order take out and I am missing something in my order. Borders needs to put a process in place where someone checks that everything is in the bag. It is very upsetting to get home and not have your full dish. Last time I was missing the cold side of my fajitas (pico, sour cream and cheese), so literally they just gave me meat and tortillas. Today, I am missing the tortillas. And I dont have tortillas at home so now here I am... Honestly. It will just take a minute for some to confirm the order is complete and it would make situations like this non-existent.
