        I utilized the auto delivery for this company but had to check my oil tank more often then if I had just ordered it as needed. I almost ran out of oil at one point, because they had the period set to far apart. When I called, to notify them of the issue they could not override the system to expedite my delivery. After moving, and calling to cancel my account I got a charge 2 months later for another delivery. Because " your ticket was already printed." I called within 2 to 3 weeks of moving and the delivery was not for another 3 weeks. Don't utilize auto delivery.

        Can not say enough good things about Titan Oil and their customer service. Heat was down this morning. Called around 7 this morning, call back @ 10 minutes later. Technician at my house @ 9. Issue fixed quickly. They saw it as more urgent than I did. If you need great/prompt service give them a call. You will not be disappointed

      Hi Caleb, we just spoke over the phone about this. You canceled your account, however as I told you tickets are printed and routed in advance. Unfortunately, we were unable to catch the delivery ticket prior to going out for delivery. Given that you rented this property I took your number and told you I would talk with the landlord about payment for the recent oil delivery. I told you I would get back in touch with you to get it taken care of. Based on your comment here you suggest that you “almost ran out of oil” and that you had to monitor and call for oil delivery even while on automatic delivery. I just reviewed your account with us and that is completely untrue. Below is a list of your oil deliveries while you were a customer with us, you were never in danger of running out of oil. Most oil deliveries were less than 100 gallons each time we came to your house.8/23/21 - 53.5 gallons 11/12/21 - 87.2 gallons 12/15/21 - 120.4 gallons 1/6/22 - 84.1 gallons 2/2/22 - 136.5 gallons 2/22/22 - 87.9 gallons 3/23/22 - 83.3 gallons 5/17/22 - 87.0 gallons I take full responsibility and understand your frustration that another oil delivery was made after you moved. I have every intention on making things right as I told you earlier over the phone. I do not appreciate the comments that are completely untrue being made about my business online. I understand your upset, but remember this is our business and stating anything other than the truth especially online is extremely harmful to a business. I will be in touch regarding the oil delivery made recently as I told you about an hour ago during our phone conversation. Thank you
