        Went in, walked around. Not a single employee in the store. Could see someone sitting out back on her phone, she never even looked up. I left without anything. Shes still scrolling her phone.

Patricia took time with me and turned me on to some new products for my hair type, and they both helped out when there was a problem with my account! Great to see such engaged folks working hard!
