        I would give zero stars if I could. I got an eye infection after getting extensions here and because I was out of the country for vacation, there was nothing I could do about it until I got back. I called to cancel my membership and explained that I had a severe allergic reaction that led to an infection. I was told I would be charged twice for my membership before they can cancel because of some ridiculous policy. I'm appalled by their horrible customer service and unsanitary working conditions. Very disappointed by their services.
