This place is really nice the manager and account specialist both knowledgeable and helpful! I recommend it highly, and more people should rate and fix the rating!!

Look, Chase is an awful financial institution that sucks by design. And the folks who work here are not the cause of that problem, but they are definitely a symptom of it. The advisors can do very very little, but they do their best with what they're given. Chase does not give them much to work with, though. Don't come here expecting to have any problems resolved, and do not expect competent management.

Made an appointment to notarize some documents, then realized chase has a policy that doesn't allow government documents to be notarized. Why would you schedule an appointment then?

At this particular branch the unexpected bad experience really stands out among other bank visits. Staff doesn't respect customers' time as much and told ppl misleading information several times. First time I was told about some promotion but found out the promotion was invalid the next day. I've had several visits when the banker tells me some information to lure me to sign up for something but it turns out that three ppl at the same branch will tell three different things. If you dont' have the patience dealing with their unnecessary games don't go to this branch. I've had Chase for over 10 years before this branch visits. I cancelled all accounts. when I try to open new accounts recently, I find similar bad experiences at the same branch. this is certainly not true across Chase bank. go to other branches if you have to use chase bank and don't want to waste time
