Jamal Elzein (the relationship manager and business owner specialist) at this branch was incredibly helpful in helping me take a hold off my account. He helped communicate to the claims department my situation and helped me ease my financial stress! Go to him and he will take care of you.

How do you expect ppl to conduct any honest banking or god forbid work w one of your merril advisors when you're open 6 hours a day, and no longer on Saturday?

This is the worst financial center in whole country!! I would recommend not to visit this center even by a mistake, please go to centers in other towns. I withdrew money from bank teller, they gave me less money (40% less). I was in a hurry and left without counting. When I realized, they were temporarily closed for weeks. I reported, they gave me lame excuses. That experience still haunts me, they took away my hard earned money. I tried to contact everyone there but never got any proof that showed I was given all amount.

I have a check to cash. This bank holds the funds for the writer of this check, mind you making money on other people's money while holding it. I would like to change this check to cash, simple right. AN 8 DOLLAR CHARGE to give me my money that I earned that they are holding and making money off of. This is because I'm not a customer of theirs. Well why would anyone want to be a part of this stealing establishment. Its not just this bank. I can't even figure out how it's legal, charging to have your money. Oh silly me we need them. Ha ha ha. No more Bank of America checks for me.
