I tried to order at this location today and wanted to use a coupon. Even though on the coupon it says, redeemable in any subway, Ive been told they do not accept coupons. I asked him why and he said he just doesnt accept it, didnt give me any reason. (I guess he is the manager or owner) he said he is both lol.. a horrible customer service. Its not that he didnt accept coupon, if you decide on something, you gotta have a reason and have to be explaining your reason to your customer! I Will not be back.

I don't know why this location in particular is getting bad reviews. However, it is a decent place and well-run subway branch. Some of them may not be always nice but I was mostly satisfied with my sandwiches here all the time.

March 12 2024 superseding update: Unfortunately I have to update my review. It seems that each time I arrive at this location there is no one active in the front. I have been here maybe 5 times in the last month and each time has been disappointing. The incidents in question are very unusual for this area and in some cases aren't on the restaurant. Recently I came in and was verbally attack by a crackhead (his words). He screamed at everyone in the store demanding they gave him $10 or purchased him a cookie. One woman was so uncomfortable she left, seemingly mid sandwich, as those behind the safety of the counter seemed to laugh and mock the visibly uncomfortable guests, with several waiting. 2 ahead of me, my partner and I and two behind me with one woman in the dining room packing up as well as an employee enjoying lunch during this situation. I've worked as a crisis mitigation specialist before and employees and guests don't deserve to be verbally assaulted by literal crack heads and they surely don't deserve the lack of empowerment to call the authorities. These ppl, for the most part, were objectively trapped in the store with this rampaging cookie monster and those inside didn't appreciate be being mocked. We came to this location last week and we arrived well within closing. we were informed that they were only accepting cash. Although the older man, who usually does have an attitude, which I understand but don't appreciate, advised us of this and we politely asked one another if we had cash and then thanked him and left, he took the unusual step of complaining that we arrived during business hours. He said, despite not a single complaint on it past, likely addicted to Subway we were more than willing to go to the crispy bread location that accepts legal tender. Instead, we why to three atms. When we returned minutes later, many items were put away (it's been less than ten minutes and it's within 40min of close and no discussion sandwiches). The attendant continued to complain and suggested that he should have locked the door when we left originally. I thought this was funny, resonating with customer service worker who do bear the brunt of life's bull, however, after today's experience I understand he was completely serious. After being told that we were unwise to come intrupt his close we were essentially told he wouldn't pull anything else out. In retrospect, I agree he should have shut the doors if he was unwilling to serve. We ended up making it work bc most of us are sandwich-basic. We were not able to try any of the promotional items, the cookie, churro, etc. because they were "unavailable". When I asked, "is there a better time to try a cookie" he scoffed "not before closing" which is apparently more than 40min from the posted time on both the front door and Google. Today we arrive and the same man is there. He is rude to each that come in, all waited patiently and he was especially rude to the customers, saying they'd have to Wait, in a rude way. After 6-7 minutes of waiting he pulls the bread and two ppl share their order and then informed that he was unable to take cards, only cash. I politely asked him if it would be possible to lmk what time would be better to come in in which I'd be able to 1. Get a promotional cookie that the app is telling me to get and also pay with a card, as most civilized ppl leveraging a quick bite do, (about 75%), he scoffed, pointing to the hour, which suggests there is a time in which maybe the system goes down. I've worked years in service and it's always been the cash for me that cash freezes, not card, close to close after a drawer is counted, but I'm no subway expert. I repeated myself, asking again with the same politeness, "is there a time it cuts off?" He responded by putting the breads back saying I don't know and returning to the now disgruntled customers waiting for phone orders. Thoroughly stunned, I Said thank and work out.. Sad. Currently omw to another Sunday. It would be great to be contacted to solve this. It would be great. every location.. serious issues Dietary restrictions: Anything within reason though employees are disgustingly rude and hate both themselves and the job Parking: You'll find it. Whip it along the side like everyone else or park on webster
