I live at property owned by Karen.I am an African-Indigenous descent and a member of the LGBTQ+ community as well.Karen has been a very horrible human being to deal with from a tenant/landlord perspective. I do not recommend that anyone seek her assistance for any type of mental health evaluation or care because for the past 2 years of the 3 & 1/2 years I have lived in her property, she has inflicted  a great amount of harm onto my own mental health.It started with her trying to gaslight me after I was a victim of domestic abuse done inside my home. She decided to "not pick sides" and allowed the abuser (against who I felt the needs to file a police report to protect my self from) to continue living in the same home as me after the incident rather than terminate their lease.Then she tried (for the 1st time) to un-house my partner and I because of the incident.Then we legally confronted her about our rights, as tenants and human beings, with the help of a great organization called Vida Urbana and we got to have a new lease agreement drafted and signed.Then she continuously violated the new lease agreement for the unit we moved to, below where we used to live, by refusing to provide us with a safe home. We had to call board of health and get the health inspector to assist us with the necessary demands to bring the property up to health codes.After much delay, they have yet not completed all demands from the health department and now, as retaliation and discriminatory inhumane behavior, Mrs. karen is yet again trying to un-house u. This time in the middle of a New England winter rather than after a domestic abuse incident.I think this person has got to be one of the worst people o met during my 29 years on this Earth.My ancestors will be proud to know that I will not sit quietly while I am constantly attacked by people like Karen. I hope anyone reading this makes their ancestors proud as well by not associating themselves with such an inconsiderate and inhumane person, specially while considering a healthcare professional to assist them with whatever they might be going through.
