This management company is a disgrace. Thank god I am a renter and therefore only have to deal with them for a short term period. They have responded to ZERO emails regarding maintenance requests. I called them THREE times regarding their faulty fire alarm and they never returned my call. If there was an ability to rate them with fewer stars, I would. I would say they are utterly incompetent, but that's too generous. That would require at least abysmal effort. They are utterly absent. Owners should not pay them a dime. Total scam.

I had a great experience with Meagan who was working out of her house during this virus going around time. She gave me a 100% positive experience when dealing with her she went the extra mile.

I have lived in an apartment owned by CW for almost 4 years now. From the very beginning they have been great landlords. My lease began in The summer of 2014 and I have happily renewed every year since. They recently switched over to an online system for maintenance and rent payment which is very convenient. I am always surprised as to how quick they respond to maintenance requests. As someone who had been moving on a yearly basis from 2007-2014 I am so thankful to have found a spot to settle in and call home!
