Alpha Management is responsive, patient and reliable in my experience. Theyve treated me well over the past 2 years and overall Im happy with the space. Munther & team are fair and honest in their communication, which I appreciate.

Be warned. They publicly list your phone number for realtors to contact you 9 months prior to the end of your lease. My lease started 3 months ago and ends in September (9 months from now) and Alpha Management has not yet asked me to resign my lease. However, Ive been contacted by multiple realtors asking to show my apartment. When I called Alpha, they told me that there is nothing they can do and they must keep my number listed until I resign. They noted that sometimes realtors will show up to your door to enter without permission. I was given no warning about my information being shared in advance or a deadline to resign. This is ridiculous given its 3 months into the lease cycle. Also, the 80 Gardner location frequently has theft issues. There is package theft from INSIDE the building and they have not addressed it. My car was also broken into in the parking lot and I asked them to warn other tenants, but they did not.
