My experience with Arun Jain has been transformative. It has included straight forward stress relief and complex physical healing. At different times I have benefitted from Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, as well as Craniosacral Therapy. Arun's perception and massage expertise combine to do far more for my whole self than any other massage work I have had. I am incredibly grateful that my good friend introduced me to him at Integrative Body Therapies. Very well worth it!

Arun listens carefully to what you need as an individual. He worked on my shin splints in our last sessions, and I am a new runner. His deep neuromuscular work is successful and life-changing. He's also a warm, intuitive, interested person who has an incredible sense of how the body functions. If you are an athlete who may be prone to inury, Arun is for you. But he is also for anyone who needs massage (deep or relaxing). I highly trust and recommend Arunand cannot praise him enough.

Arun's work is healing and calming. He has been massaging me for several years now and always listens and responds to any / all issues. He is truly the best.
