        I recently ordered the "Red, White, and You" bouquet from EC Florist, but I was disappointed with the quality. The roses were small and remained closed, wilting within days, along with the greenery and white flowers. Despite contacting them via email and phone, I received no response, and upon attempting to visit their location, I discovered it doesn't exist. Overall, I regret my experience and cannot recommend EC Florist to others.

        I always purchase a plant arrangement for my daughter on Valentine's Day. I found EC Florist through a Google search. The images on the website looked gorgeous. I am always hesitant to make an out-of-area purchase because many florists provide mediocre products around the holidays. I spoke to Eric, the owner, and felt comfortable that this transaction would go smoothly. I placed my order online. The website was easy to use. The arrangement was beautiful and far exceeded the expectations based on the website image. The flowers were delivered on time. Thank you for such a positive experience!

        This business is not what it pretends be. A quick check using Street View on Google Maps shows that no "local family florist" exists at 224 Washington Street in Brookline MA. Reviews that warn against being scammed by EC Florist should be taken seriously. I had a bad experience a couple of years ago when I tried to order flowers from a supposed family florist in LA. My flowers were never delivered and I had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get the charge removed. I also changed my card just to be careful. That made me cautious. I was attracted to this phony operation because of the location and the way they present themselves online. They don't answer their phone, and they obviously don't run the kind of business they advertise. The place evidently houses the "Golden Chickpea Center," a shabby-looking after-school childcare operation.

      Our flower shop has been here since 1999 and has not changed for more than 20 years. A big sign hangs right outside the door. It can also be clearly seen on Google’s map.We always take pickets after they are delivered. We keep that picture for a month, after one month it will be deleted. Very few flowers can be left at home for more than a week. Few years later, you made this complaint. I do not know who can handle it? At least you can show me that credit card dispute document?We are just a small local flower shop. My prices are cheaper than others. We don't have enough profit to ask a person specifically to deliver flowers. So, I must often go out to deliver flowers. If you come to the store where no one is in the store, Of course, you cannot get in.The internet is so convenient now. Why do you have to come into the flower shop? As you know, I make all the arrangements by myself and deliver them to the recipient directly. Not like other big companies. Florists take your order and charge fees and commission then give that order to other local florists to make it and deliver it for them. The local florist only gets not even half the price you paid and do not know much you order too, of course you will never get what you want. The next time you order flowers, make sure that the florist you choose is a local florist and better not be more than 3 miles away from where you are going to send it.

      I am just a small local flower shop, does not have enough profit to hire a person specifically to deliver flowers. So, I must often go out to deliver flowers. I am not in the store most of the time. If you like buy flowers, you can just order from our website. More than 300 items you can choose and I can send it to you within few hours in the same day.
