Don't even want to give one star. The customer service is terrible. The receptionist has no patience at all during the scheduling of my lesson a week ago. Today I called again to check the car insurance before my lesson, and the lady even hung up on me. The RMV should investigate! I'm so glad she showed how bad the learning experience would be before I even started. I can't imagine how rude the instructors are. I requested a refund since I haven't taken any lessons yet; otherwise, I will lose my money according to their imparity clause. Be careful if you want to purchase the package! Today's details: I asked about the car insurance regarding the behind-the-wheel driving lesson. The lady told me to read the policy online, but there was nothing about it. Then she said the instructor will break if anything happened, but didn't confirm if any insurance would cover a car accident, which they should. She started to question my driving skill and suggested taking a regular class first, which I can understand and accept. But when I asked if I could use the hours I already paid to switch lessons, she just kept explaining something I already understood and lost all patience, starting to yell at me. I asked to talk to another person, then she just hung up. She didn't listen but blamed me for not listening to her (keep explaining the same thing), it was so funny and frustrating.

At the ripe old age of 28, I've finally obtained my driver's license thanks to BDS! I took a total of 10 hours of lessons with Marguerite, who is not only a joy of person to hang out with, but an excellent teacher. Initially, I was very nervous and unsure of myself, but Marguerite's encouragement and funny anecdotes made me feel a lot more relaxed on the roads. Scheduling lessons and the road test was also relatively easy. I appreciated that the road test took place on a Saturday and that it was at a convenient location (Brookline High). We went over the road test many times during my lessons so I felt well-prepared for the actual test. If you are a nervous on the roads, I recommend scheduling your lessons and road test earlier in the day to avoid heavy traffic. On the day of the road test, the owner of the school was present to give students last minute tips and to provide some much needed encouragement. I remembered him congratulating me warmly when I told him I passed. Some people ahead of me did not pass, but he painstakingly explained to them where they had gone wrong and encouraged them to keep practicing. Overall, I had a really good experience at BDS and highly recommend it to anyone who's learning how to drive!

Poor customer service. Called for information on prices and the lady on the phone was clearly annoyed by simple questions like what is included in the road test package acting like I should know this already.

Brilliant experience here as an Irish Driver who wanted lessons to go out with some and build confidence driving on American road/ opposite side driving as well as test prep. Ervin was brilliant, I block booked with him in advance and did 5 lessons with him- highly highly recommend.

Very professional operation, right from scheduling to road test. My wife and I took 6 hours of lessons (with prior driving experience in India) and cleared the road test in the first attempt. The staff genuinely care about students driving correctly (even outside the test requirements), but some of them are better instructors than others. I would recommend classes with Ilya, Jose, Kurti and Zacharie. Only negative is that you might have to wait a lot for your turn on the test day, so the timeslot you are given is not really an appointment. It was pretty much first-come first-served for us, but I understand that's not really in their control. Would highly recommend for both beginners and experienced drivers.
