A heartfelt thank you for Kaplans contribution to the success of our library relocation at the Worcester Art Museum, which doesnt only require to move books. Balancing the budget, the design and delivery has a lot to do with that success, as does the willingness and aptitude to tackle complicated and intricate projects with little money and high expectations. Kaplan is a valued partner in WAMs current and upcoming projects and I would like to give a special shout out to Kaplans PM, superintendent, and onsite crew for all of their hard work, including the systems our visitors cannot see. CALA in Somerville, Mass. is a successful case study of how the owner, architect, and contractor had to collaboratively work together in re-using the structural system of the building and ensuring its design intent stays cohesive throughout the space. Kaplan played a key role in respecting our vision, executing our design intent, and working with us as owners and architects of the project. Kaplan Construction conducted a $6 million construction project for Tremont on the Common. A new Lobby, Fitness Room, Resident Lounge, Pool Deck and 21 Residential Hallways. They did a great job communicating with us and our residents to ensure as little disruption to the normal rhythm of our community. Understanding that Tremont on the Common is home to 650 residents, Kaplans project team accommodated special requests. Their attention to detail made all the difference and we were able to maintain our original schedule. Our residents are excited to have a gorgeous lobby and having a state of the art Fitness Center and enjoying the new and improved pool deck next summer. Kaplan Construction managed a complicated renovation and addition at Boston Universitys Childrens Center through the COVID-19 pandemic with true professionalism and without impacting the schedule. It was a complete gut renovation. We are excited to provide our faculty and staff with first-rate childcare services adjacent to campus in our new Childrens Center, enabling us to recruit and retain high quality faculty and staff. We established a strong relationship with Kaplan when we worked together for the initial build-out of our brew house, and we were thrilled to work with them a second time when we opened our taproom. Kaplans highly experienced staff and detailed planning resulted in a successful, cost-effective, and well-built project.
