        Low rating because they didn't even try to fix my PS5. They said because of bugs and when I got home and opened myself there was a fruit fly and thats it. I understand why they don't but I feel it was easy to tell it wasn't infested at all and should been worked on. Oh well I fixed myself so was money saved in end, just needed a cleaning from dust. The young man out front who I dealt with was awesome tho. Super polite and professional. Great guy and because of him I would recommend friends to check place out especially for phone repairs. Hire more people like the young man you have out front who deals with customers. He is awesome, great employee

        The service from this place was amazing and the staff even more so. Was having a headache and a half with Samsung support and had spent days trying to get my claim squared away. The technician, Bryan, went above and beyond. He helped me navigate the samsung claims and was able to get me taken care of. The actual fix on my phone screen was also very quick, clean and well done. If I need any more repairs in the future for any tech I'll be sure to take the trip up here. Would be worth every penny.
