        All of the providers Ive seen since 2018 have a family emergency after about 6 weeks and 4-5 months later I have a new provider. Just be honest.

        Absolutely one of the most horrible places I have ever dealt with. To have my psychiatrist up and disappear, cancel an appointment, never reschedule, can't get hold of anyone so I don't even know if she is still there. No One answers the phone. Can't get any to return call, sent a fax message nobody responded to that. When someone answered the phone hey just said please hold and put me on hold without me getting a chance to speak. Then they left me on hold for 45 minutes until the office was closed for the day. For a mental health practice this is just disgraceful. Anyone with mental issues should never be subject to this. I am appalled the way this office is run!

        My husband has been waiting over a month to speak with a therapist. He had an appointment and someone from the office called to say it would now be a telehealth call due to a storm that was predicted. We waited and waited... no call. No snow neither. Never should have been changed to a phone call. Then last week someone called saying he missed his appointment. NO, YOU MISSED THE APPOINTMENT AS YOU NEVER CALLED. We keep calling to get an appointment and no call back. What is going on here?

        Tried rescheduling my appointment and was sent to voicemail 3 times and did not get 1 call back. I finally just cancelled the appointment. Will get service somewhere else.

        I've been going there since 2014 in October. Within a couple months they had me back on the meds I was working well with in a different state. The staff and crew were amazing and treated me like I mattered. This is definitely the place to go to the how is heart and wisdom that gets thrown in with your treatment and recovery.
