Very bad customer service Missing parts and after 3 weeks still didnt get fixed

This place is over priced!!!! The woman that is in the store is very disrespectful! You can go to New York or New Jersey and get the same furniture for $1000 cheaper and still pay for delivery and still be $1000 cheaper!!! Dont do it. The store is nice but when you get it in delivery its not the same quality! RIP OFF and they arent nice people!!!!

The reviews are not a lie , they are scammers when they are in the wrong they ask you to take down your post where you are exposing them . They steal money and double charge and the customer service is out of this world terrible , just look at how they reply to some negative reviews .

Horrible customer service. Sold my mother a very expensive dining and living room set last summer that she kept wrapped to ship to the Dominican Republic. After the furniture arrived it ultimately had many defects, scratches, broken pieces and even a broken leg snapped in half. New even though it had visible wear and tear UNDER the legs/ feet. Even sent incorrect chairs, 4 with armrests and 4 without when it should have been only 2 with arms for both ends of the table . We patiently tried to work with the staff who promised us paint to try and correct the defects and have been waiting since NOVEMBER. Empty promises claiming its being delivered, was delivered but lost, was used by staff on other furniture, had arrived but was allegedly given to other customers or when we call we are just blatantly ignored or told who we need to talk to is not there . Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
