4stars cause I just love the chicken..but the kid that was at the window this day was just hanging out the window humming did not tell me how much the order was I had to ask...then he takes his time giving it back...no thank you or any words to me...lol...he was not rude or unpleasant in demenor but eye contact is nice...lol

I just came here for the first time in months today just for them to have no side orders, rude employees, and uncooked food. someone needs to come and make sure they’re not making us sick.

I went to Popeyes with my kids to get some of the new nuggets they got as soon as I walked in all I smelt was like old water and dirty chemicals mixed together and it turned my stomach… the visual of the store was not clean tables where dirty floor behind registers where dirty…. And the cook wasn’t wearing gloves when he brought food to the front and when I said why are you’ll open the manager said we have to our boa said we have to open no choice… I would def recommend a tough cleaning…

Popeyes on the East Side of Brockton has gone down in service and in food supply. Went there a couple of weeks ago. Only 2 people working there, the cook and a customer service rep, lobby was closed, drive- through packed with cars and movement very slow. When you got to the order box the only chicken they had available was chicken breast. No wings, no other chicken. Popeyes needs to hire more folks and offer decent wages and benefits in order for it to run properly. If that can't be done then you all need to shut down. Please know this review does not reflect or blame the employees. The owner and managers need to get their act together.
I love Popeyes chicken and it is only 4 minutes away from where I live. I don't feel like driving all over place looking for another Popeyes when it is right down the street from me.
Please do something right.
