I Walked into sallys to get a product for my little cousin , asked for the product and instead of the cashier just saying sorry we don't have that item in stock they proceeded to tell me that i shouldn't buy something because of a trend on social media, firstly did not ask for unsolicited advice on my hair or anyone else's it was totally unprofessional for a cashier to tell me what i should nor shouldn't do with my hair even though the product was not for me, she needs to A. mind the business that pays her, and not be in my business, B. please go back to school and learn common courtesy/Respect, C. learn not to give unsolicited advice, especially if the customer didn't ask for your advice.

There is not a time I dont Get the best service in this store. They are so eager and friendly to help. Ive had multiple people now help me find stuff I need. I was There on 11/13/2020 and the two ladies working were amazing and helpful. If there manager reads this they 100% deserve a raise and kudos!

I used to avoid this location because of the traffic, but I stopped by when my usual location did not have the color I was looking for. I have a new usual spot! Service here is always amazing, every staff member I have encountered is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, recommendations are always appropriate and not pushy. Love all these lovely ladies. Extra thanks to the chick with the orange and purple hair for recommending the sauce hair masque, I can't remember the last time my curls looks this good!
