my husband and I were so fortunate to have Ashley Trapp as our realtor (as buyers)! A friend from work recommended her and right away we could see how hard she worked and how attentive she was to any questions we had. Ashley was available day or night and was extremely communicative and helpful. She went way above and beyond her job responsibilities and took care of everything as to not cause us any stress. She is very patient and did not pressure us at all. Ashley always looked out for our best interest and is extremely trustworthy. When I had questions about the conservation land behind our house, she went right into the town hall and met with someone to find out more. When I asked about the schools and registration, she went right to the school district to find out exactly what I had to do to register my son. The Trapp team goes above and beyond a typical relator. This is the second time we have had the pleasure of buying a house with Ashely and our first time selling a house ever. Ashley walked us through the steps and always had time for questions. She answered everything and never made us feel silly for asking a basic question about selling a house. We looked at so many houses and never felt rushed or pressured into any of them. Ashley worked so closely with our financial team through the process so we didn't have any surprises or worries. We won't use any other relator if we have to move again.
